I am the Technical Director of Integrated Digital Services Ltd. We are a Telecommunications solutions provider dealing with SME’s through to large corporate organisations. As a qualified technical engineer I have been involved in various Project Management roles in a number of Telecommunication companies through out the North West region. When I started the course I had no misconceptions about the workload I was taking onboard and can say with hand on heart that it was worth the effort, the satisfaction that comes with having confidence in your knowledge and ability to design, configure and troubleshoot a network (on any scale) is truly rewarding. I enjoyed my time on the course and feel privileged to have made new friends and colleagues, there was always a good feeling and a great sense of achievement when everyone got stuck in together to resolve the issues we faced. I can say with absolute confidence that ES-NET keep their promise to provide the facilities and support that they promote and should anyone reading this letter need a little help in deciding which company to train with, you can rest assured that ES-NET will, without doubt, give you classroom tuition and practical training which is second to none. My experience has now grown and my skills have increased to the point where I am able to go out into the field with the confidence I needed to become a competent network engineer. As a direct result of my Microsoft certification and network skills I have been able to do some freelance work setting up, configuring and troubleshooting Windows networks. I have since been given a full time position as Operations/IT Manager for a company that used me to design and setup their business network. I have the job of my dreams! I chose es-net as my training provider because the facilities were impressive, and the atmosphere was friendly. As it turned out the course was very hard work, but fun. I went on to join the team at es-net and become a tutor myself. I loved that, and hope I was able to help many students on their way. Now I have decided to move on to an unmissable opportunity. In just a few months I have visited France, Switzerland, Italy and the USA, in my capacity as Senior Systems Analyst on the Enterprise Server Team, Great Lakes.
